Playful Pause offers a variety of yoga and mindfulness programs designed to support children’s physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. From fun kids' classes and workshops to tailored school and group bookings, we provide tools to help young people build resilience, focus and calm.

    Early Childhood Programs

    We offer fun yoga and mindfulness classes aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework to support children’s early development of social and emotional skills, self-regulation and a strong sense of identity. These classes explore wellbeing concepts through playful movement, storytelling, music, imagination and breathing techniques.

    We run classes at childcare centres, early learning centres and preschools. Classes are designed for children aged 3-5 years.

    School Yoga and Mindfulness Programs

    We offer tailored yoga and mindfulness sessions for schools aligned to the Australian Curriculum, to help children build connection, confidence and calm. Whether it’s a one-off workshop or a regular program, our sessions support students’ emotional regulation and include themes targeting resilience, gratitude and overall health and wellbeing.

    We run classes at primary schools and high schools within ACT. Classes are designed for children of all ages.

    We offer yoga and mindfulness workshops during the school holidays for kids to come along and build a sense of community together. Our classes provide tools to help young people build resilience, confidence and connection through playful exploration of moving, breathing and pausing mindfully.

    We run our workshops at Wild Studio in Phillip. Classes are designed for primary school aged children.

  • Family Yoga Classes

    We offer family yoga classes designed for parents and carers to share intentional, meaningful time connecting with your children. Each class blends playful partner movements with music, yoga poses, and storytelling - creating space to move together, breathe together, and pause together. Laughter is always guaranteed!

    Our family sessions are held at Wild Studio in Phillip and welcome families of every kind.

    After School Classes

    We offer after school classes designed to combine high energy movement together with slower breathing and relaxation practices. What a fun and calming way for kids to unwind and regulate their bodies after a busy day at school.

    We come to your school or after school program locations across ACT. Classes are designed for primary school aged children.
