Terms of Service
By booking a class or workshop with Playful Pause, you agree to these terms and conditions. Full payment must be made at the time of booking.
Playful Pause are in no way liable for any injury, loss, damage, or death resulting from attending our classes or workshops. By booking with Playful Pause, you agree that your child attending is physically fit and capable of participating in yoga and mindfulness classes, workshops, and activities. You must notify Playful Pause teachers of any pre-existing injuries or medical conditions that may impact your child’s ability to participate in the class or workshop.
Playful Pause teachers are not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings or any loss or damage to any property resulting from attending our classes or workshops.
Return Policy
Playful Pause do not offer refunds for change of mind, injury, illness, or any other reason. All booking payments are final.
If you can no longer attend a class or workshop, please cancel your booking as soon as possible by sending us an email at hello@playfulpause.com.au. We understand that things come up, so cancellations made before the class start time will be credited for you to use at another class or workshop in the future.
Playful Pause teachers are committed to delivering classes and workshops as advertised. If for some reason the class is unable to be offered, you will receive notification by email and will be credited the amount you paid to use at another class or workshop in the future.
Privacy Policy
Playful Pause’s privacy policy relates to the personal information we collect about you and your child/ren as our customers and visitors to our website or social media.
We collect personal information about you and your children only for the purposes of delivering our services and communicating with customers regarding our services. To do this it may be necessary for you to provide information to us including your full name, email address, address, contact number, child’s name, child’s age, child’s medical information, billing information and payment details. Your payment information security is highly important to us at Playful Pause. That’s why we use Stripe to accept payments which provides the highest level of protection available. Playful Pause reserves the right to review and change any of these Terms by updating this page at its sole discretion.
